Legal Definitions

Rape

Any penetration of a person's bodily orifice (vagina, mouth, anus) by another person's body part (finger, penis, tongue) or object committed against the person's will by force or threat of force.

Three types of force: physical, emotional and verbal.

Persons who are incapacitated or who are under the age of 16 cannot consent to sex.

Remember - Any kind of assault is never the fault of the victim. The perpetrator is responsible for the assault and the abuse.
